Meet with customers to discuss their design understand their vision and provide design recommendations based on their requirements. Create a variety of design materials such as flyers posters banners business cards brochures signs and other promotional materials. Develop and design logos for businesses and individuals. Create digital graphics for websites social media profiles email marketing and other online platforms. Prepare design files for printing ensuring they meet quality standards and are suitable for various printing methods and materials. Assist customers with printing services including selecting the appropriate paper size and printing options. Format and optimize customer-provided design files for printing and ensure they meet printing requirements. Edit and retouch images as needed for design projects. Choose and manipulate fonts for visual appeal and readability. Ensure that designs use appropriate color schemes and maintain color consistency across various materials. Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) to create and edit designs. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries providing design recommendations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain an inventory of printing supplies and materials ensuring there are enough resources to complete design and printing orders.
