Jr. Process Technician (Blow Molds) - Akron OH - JOB 23-00926Pay 19.00 - 26.00 HR Permanent Position with Benefits12 Hour Shifts - 3 ON - 2 OFFShift Hourly Rate Shift 7am-7pm 19.00- 23.00Shift Hourly Rate Shift 7pm-7am 22.00- 26.00 Sign On Bonus of 2000 payable after 90 days Akron Area Company is seeking a Jr. Process Technician with Blow Mold processing experience that will ensure quality standards are met while maintaining multiple machines involved in the production of blow molded parts. Key responsibilities include the operating of precision measuring equipment and interpreting drawings. Performs mold and color changes to meet scheduling requirements. Establishes Records Maintains machine process parameters to mold parts that meet quality specifications. Responsible for inspecting machinery to ensure all safety features are working properly.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required. Ideally 5-7 years experience in a manufacturing environment Must have 2-3 years prior experience as a blow-molding process technician. Must complete all OSHA required training. M Computer knowledge is necessary. Experience interpreting a variety of gauges and measurement instrumentation. Must have good communication skills (written & verbal) Must have good math skills. Must have strong mechanical aptitude. Must have strong troubleshooting skills. Must be self-motivated. High level of safety awareness.
