Central Equipment Sales & Services Ltd. is looking for full time Truck and Coach Technician at 380 Grays Rd Hamilton ON L8E 4H6 Canada. There is 1 position available. Main duties are as follows but not limited to Review work orders and discuss work with supervisor Adjust repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck and trailer systems including chassis frame cab body engine and drive train air brakes steering and fuel hydraulic electrical and electronic systems Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer s performance specifications Perform scheduled maintenance service such as oil changes lubrications and tune ups Inspect and test mechanical units axles and brake systems to locate faults and malfunctions Diagnose faults or malfunctions and confirm findings with supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace unit Repair or replace mechanical units or components using hand and power tools Complete reports to record problems and work performed Adjust repair or replace parts and components of trailer systems including structural brakes and electrical systems Read service bulletins up-grade sheets and manuals from manufacturers that provide troubleshooting and diagnostic information Hours of work are 44 hours per some OT as required and payable after 44 hours. Pay is 27.00 hour. Successful candidates must speak English and have completed secondary school. Minimum work experience is 2 years hands on experience.
