Paint the day-to-day parts and follow the schedule as needed. They will learn to mix wet paint and compounds to the desired consistency. Our paint is an Industrial Enamel. Use Graco electrostatic over air assist paint equipment spray guns. Cleaning the booth and doing set up for color change. Cleaning electrostatic spray guns as needed. Add paint to maintain optimum operation of equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Hang and remove product from paint bar and rack per procedure. Prepare and clean the material. Some by palm sanding sand blasting masking then paint frames and parts. Visually inspect frames for welding flaws burrs and splatter before prep. Use skyjack and forklift when necessary. Operate clean and perform maintenance on all types of paint equipment to include but not limited to electronic guns brushes rollers pumps and accessories. Keep scheduled maintenance and cleaning as required. Available shifts Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) Job requirements Must be able to use industrial enamel paint isopropanol acetone and other miscellaneous types of painting materials and solvents. Be able to lift 50 lbs. Be able to paint in booth for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours at a time and up to 5 hours a day. Must perform daily weekly monthly spray booth maintenance.
