Injection Moulding Quality Engineer 2023JD Responsibilities and Duties - Knowledge in plastic injection molding process- Operate and monitor high speed continuous production line- Visually inspect product for quality deviations- Responds positively with sense of urgency while meeting quality standards- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures rules and regulations- Application of 5S and Kaizen on Production floor- Works in a safe clean and responsible manner- Daily Production and Scrap analysis- Analyse Assembling defects to determine likely failure modes- Support all manufacturing operations equipment availability (up time) and preventive maintenance of equipment- Monitor and check daily production outputs and targets- Production Plan Layout & set-up & installation of new production equipment- Improve operator skills & meet customer satisfaction & service delivery- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed- Effectively communicate with Leads co-workers and department staff from all areas of operation- Overtime hours may be required based on work demand.
