Position Details Position Chief Technology Officer (CTO) (NOC 00012)Employment Term Permanent full-timeWage 62.00 per hourWork Hours 30-40 hours per week Job Description - Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the company s overall business objectives and growth plans- Collaborate with other department heads and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT initiatives and projects that support operational efficiency customer experience and business growth- Oversee the design implementation and maintenance of robust and secure IT infrastructure including Apps webs network systems marketing automation software and CRM solutions- Ensure the availability reliability and performance of all IT systems applications and services proactively identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks- Develop and implement IT policies procedures and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards data security regulations and company requirements- Manage relationships with external vendors negotiate contracts and oversee the procurement of IT hardware software and services- Stay informed about emerging technologies industry trends and best practices and evaluate their potential impact on the organization s IT landscape- Develop and manage the IT budget forecasting future needs and optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI- Continuously assess and improve IT processes and workflows driving operational efficiencies and enhancing user experience Job Requirements - Language English- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
