You will work closely with a team of truss table operators and collaborate with other departments such as engineering and quality control to meet production targets and maintain product standards. Follow production plans blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient truss assembly. Provide guidance instruction and supervision to the truss table operators. Assign tasks monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Conduct regular quality checks on trusses to ensure they meet specifications and quality requirements. Identify and address any issues or defects in the truss assembly process promptly. Collaborate with the production planning team to prioritize and schedule truss production based on customer orders and project timelines. Monitor production progress and adjust workflows as needed to meet deadlines. Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or operational issues. Coordinate with maintenance personnel to resolve technical problems and minimize downtime. Train new truss table operators on proper operation techniques safety procedures and quality standards. Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance the skills and productivity of the team. Maintain accurate records of production data including quantities produced material usage and any quality or safety incidents. Prepare reports on production performance and provide recommendations for process improvement. Identify opportunities to optimize truss table operations streamline processes and improve productivity. Collaborate with the engineering team to implement enhancements and suggest design modifications for truss assembly. Must be able to pass a background and have basic understandings of truss plant.
