Westar Travel Ltd. is currently looking for an Executive Assistant. Our location is at Bay 6 3320 14 Ave NE Calgary AB T2A 6J4.This position will be full-time and permanent the wage will be 34.50 per hour with 30 to 40 hours per week. The overtime rate begins after 8 hours of work per day and or 44 hours of work per week. Overtime work will be paid 1.5x the regular pay rate.Job Duties - Schedule meetings and appointments prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes for the executive - Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda submissions and reports and prepare and coordinate the preparation and submission of summary briefs and reports to executives - Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures for the executive and other departments - Act as a liaison between clients and executives facilitating communication and coordinating meetings or discussions when necessary - Effectively communicate with team members and other departments within the firm to ensure the smooth flow of information and tasks - Other tasks as assigned by the executive.Job Requirements Languages English Education College CEGEP Experience 2 years to less than 3 yearsWork conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Attention to detailPersonal suitability Efficient interpersonal skills Organized ReliabilityPlease apply by email hiring.westartravel(at)gmail.com.
