You will be great value to our company.Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients and the design team to create unique and customized trophy designs that meet the client s specifications and preferences. Brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas for trophies plaques and other recognition products. Use graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) to create digital mock-ups and visual representations of trophy designs for client approval. Incorporate client logos and branding elements into trophy designs to maintain brand consistency. Recommend and select appropriate materials for trophy components considering aesthetics durability and budget constraints. Create or adapt artwork and illustrations to be engraved or etched onto trophy surfaces. Choose and manipulate fonts effectively for engraving or etching text on trophies ensuring readability and design harmony. Make informed color choices considering the significance of colors and their impact on the overall design. Prepare digital files for printing or engraving machines ensuring accurate and high-quality output. Work closely with clients to understand their vision provide design consultations and make adjustments based on client feedback. Create physical prototypes or samples of trophy designs for client review and approval. Develop and maintain a library of design templates that can be customized for various clients and occasions. Keep design files organized and easily accessible for future reference or modifications. Collaborate with the production team to ensure that the final trophies match the approved design specifications. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure that they meet design standards and client expectations. Prioritize design projects meet deadlines and manage time effectively to handle multiple design tasks simultaneously. Stay current with design trends software updates and industry best practices to continually improve design skills and techniques. Keep budget constraints in mind when making design choices and material recommendations. RequirementsA college diploma of relevant major is required.
