We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment where every team member feels valued.Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage our company s financial records ensuring all data is accurate and adheres to the necessary standards and regulations. Handle and coordinate accounts including the balancing and reconciliation of various accounts using both manual and automated bookkeeping systems. Process and prepare payments for payroll utilities taxes and other bills ensuring all payments are made accurately and on time. Prepare and submit a variety of government documents such as tax remittance forms workers compensation forms and pension contribution forms. Assist in the creation of financial statements and other financial reports to provide clear and timely financial insights. Provide individualized bookkeeping services as needed including the preparation of tax returns. Qualifications Completion of secondary school is required. Completion of a college program in accounting bookkeeping or a related field 2 years of experience as a financial or accounting clerk. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
