Jidi Canada Ltd. is a company based in Calgary Canada. The courses we provide are for students aged 3-25 years old who are mainly from China Japan South Korea Thailand Dubai and other Asian countries. We are currently looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team. The work location is Office 364 300-4838 Richard Road SW Calgary AB T3E 6L1. This position is full-time and permanent. The wage will be 30.00 per hour with 30 to 40 work hours per week. The overtime rate will be paid 1.5x the regular pay rate after 8 hours of work per day and or after 44 hours of work per week.Main duties and responsibilities - Review evaluate and implement new administrative procedures - Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met - Carry out administrative activities of an establishment - Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation relocation equipment supplies forms disposal of assets parking maintenance and security services - Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls - Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports manuals and correspondence - Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.Requirements Language English Education College CEGEP or equivalent experience Experience 2 years to less than 3 yearsExperience and technology knowledge MS OfficeWork conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Tight deadlines Attention to detailIf you are interested please email your resume to hiring.jidiedu(at)outlook.com.
