Identify test objectives scope and test strategies. Design and execute test cases test scenarios and test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of web applications. Perform manual and automated testing as necessary. Identify and document defects and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution. Evaluate the code base with our developers to improve test coverage across the product. Know our product inside and out to serve as a senior technical resource for the whole QA team. About you A bachelor s degree in Computer science or a related field of study. 6 years in a professional software QA role. 2 years in using building automation frameworks. A tester s Mindset ability to isolate and troubleshoot technical issues across the full technology stack by leveraging manual and automation testing methodologies. Ability to align QA processes with agile scrum methodology sprint planning and execution. Experience building test plans test cases and test scenarios. Experience with API testing. Experience working with large-scale distributed systems and Micro services-based applications. Experience with version control and continuous integration systems - GIT Jenkins and GIT. Experience working in Unix Linux environments and scripting. Team player with a positive attitude willingness to learn and desire for self-improvement. Bonus Experience using developing automation framework preferably with Node.js tools like a puppeteer mocha chai cucumber and or working with Java-based tools selenium rest assured testing.
