Cook suitable dishes for special customers requests on orders such as customers with allergies or special dietary requirements. Manage and supervise the daily work of kitchen assistants. Develop and update the menu ensuring the use of fresh and high-quality ingredients in the preparation and cooking process of dishes. Maintain inventory and records of food supplies and equipment. Operate according to hygiene standards and food safety regulations ensuring food safety and hygiene. Assess the portion size of food according to order requirements estimate the demand and cost of ingredients and supervise and order food ingredients. Qualifications A high school diploma is preferred. At least 1 year of chef or kitchen-related experience is preferred.
