POSITION SUMMARY You will be responsible for educating directing and evaluating personnel in our factory s Continuous Improvement functions as a Manufacturing Excellence Specialist. You will evaluate data to assist us in identifying opportunities to improve our processes and performance. You will be a team leader in addition to your regular industrial performance and technical responsibilities. The primary responsibilities of this position include TPM concept training and mentoring as well as the use of important tools such as GSTD OPL DMAIC AM and others. This function interfaces with all levels and operations of our company at the Jacksonville facility. Their efforts are critical in achieving ground-breaking achievements in terms of safety productivity quality cost and supply chain.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES The role is accountable for the factory s manufacturing excellence implementation plan key pillar activities and industrial performance duties reporting directly to the Production Manager and functionally coordinating with Market ME Regional Managers.As we seek extraordinary talent to join our organization we keep our veterans and separated military members in mind.
