Why does the job exist IT Application Developers work with customers and IT team members to understand stakeholder demands which drives the analysis and design of applications that are in line with the organization s mission and goals. Developers are responsible for developing and implementing the development release deployment and configuration responsibilities for the application. This includes duties such as application development testing debugging and documentation. Other responsibilities include gathering requirements with internal business partners prototyping and architecting implementing updating solutions developing and executing test plans doing quality reviews managing operations and triaging and addressing operational concerns. Under direct supervision design install configure develop test and document software applications solutions. Works on smaller more complex projects to assist a more experienced application development job and or team leader position.How does it get done Independently or with a team performs the development of new or improved applications processes or techniques to support the application systems including Salesforce. Using Apex Visual Force Lighting Components Omni scripts and other tools Regulation and Licensing Department (RLD) supports our application system platforms.
