Your responsibilities will include conducting nursing assessments assisting with exams and treatments patient education and meticulous maintenance of medical records. You will work closely with an interprofessional healthcare team collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals to ensure compassionate efficient and high-quality care delivery. Additionally you may have the opportunity to assume leadership roles contribute to unit and shared governance initiatives and even participate in hospital-wide endeavors.Key Qualifications Experience A minimum of 1-2 years of MedSurg nursing experience in an acute care or hospital setting is required. No new grads will be considered for this role. Education Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory or obtained within three years from the initial date of hire. Licensure Certifications Texas RN license or temporary TX RN license with the commitment to obtaining a permanent license within 90 days. Compact license acceptable per current Board of Nursing requirements. Current Health Care Provider level CPR and ACLS PALS certifications are required. Specialty certification is preferred for specialty positions. Availability Candidates must be available to join within a month from the offer date.
