Preparing mean ingredients for cooking including washing peeling cutting and slicing. Keep a clean kitchen at all times. Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floor and kitchen area as required. Always make sure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned. Maintain proper sanitation of the kitchen. Prepare plates as per customer order and packing take-out orders as required.
