At least 2 years of experience as a systems analyst or related fields is required. Project Product experience or professional certification would be an asset. Work with the technical team to ensure the development and implementation of new projects align with business requirements. Use tools like JIRA to test new systems or features. Use tools like R-Studio for data recovery and analyze reasons for computer crashes.
