As a house cleaner your primary responsibility will be to clean and maintain the cleanliness of residential properties. You will work independently or as part of a cleaning team your tasks may include but are not limited to the following General Cleaning Dusting furniture shelves and surfaces sweeping mopping and vacuuming floors cleaning windows mirrors and glass surfaces and removing cobwebs.Kitchen Cleaning Cleaning countertops appliances (e.g. stove refrigerator microwave) sinks and backsplashes wiping down cabinets and drawers and cleaning the oven and dishwasher as needed.Bathroom Cleaning Cleaning and sanitizing toilets sinks showers bathtubs and bathroom fixtures wiping down countertops and cabinets and restocking toiletries.Bedroom and Living Area Cleaning Making beds changing linens and tidying up bedrooms dusting and polishing furniture cleaning upholstery and organizing belongings.Floor Care Sweeping and mopping hard floors vacuuming carpets and rugs and occasionally performing deep cleaning treatments like shampooing carpets or refinishing hardwood floors.Laundry Collecting and washing linens towels and other laundry items folding and organizing clean laundry and occasionally ironing clothes.Trash Removal Emptying trash cans and replacing liners throughout the house.Specialized Cleaning Occasionally performing specialized cleaning tasks such as cleaning appliances organizing closets or cleaning outdoor spaces like patios and decks.Requirements Prior experience in house cleaning or a related field is preferred but not always required.Attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning instructions and guidelines.Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing bending and lifting.Knowledge of cleaning products tools and equipment.Good communication skills and the ability to interact with homeowners professionally and respectfully.Reliability and punctuality.
