We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator responsible for managing and renting properties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Negotiate or approve the rental or lease of properties on behalf of the property owner - Ensure terms of lease agreements are met - Prepare and administer contracts for property services such as maintenance - Co-ordinate implementation of repairs maintenance and renovation - Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income - Prepare expense and income reports - Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants.Job Requirements - Languages English - Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate - Experience one year to less than two years of work experienceExperience and specialization - Computer and technology knowledge MS Word MS Excel MS Office Electronic mailPersonal suitability - Efficient interpersonal skills - Excellent oral communication - Organized - Team playerIf interested please send your resume to hiring.grandrealty(at)outlook.com
