Greet clients upon arrival ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. Answer and reply phone calls manage emails and respond to inquiries. Manage the inventory of our products supplies and maintain records. Establish maintain and improve client information systems to ensure organized client records. Manage incoming mails and letters and respond the letters if necessary. Prepare invoices handle billing transactions and manage payments. Support marketing and promotional activities such as managing promotional materials and presentations and social media presence. What We re Looking for Completion of secondary school At least one year working experience in administration or relevant role.
