Our restaurant serves traditional hotpot and we are in Regina Saskatchewan. Now we are looking for an experienced full-time Cook position. Employer Cozy Winter Cuisine & Bar Ltd.Position Cook.Vacancy 3 Wage 14.00 15.00 per hour.Working Condition 30-40 hours a week.Working (Business) Location 2410 Dewdney Ave. suite 270 Regina SK S4R 1H6 Responsibilities - Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.- Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef.- Plan menus determine size of food portions estimate food requirements and costs and monitor and order supplies.- Inspect kitchens and food service areas.- Train staff in preparation cooking and handling of food.- Order supplies and equipment.- Maintain inventory and records of food supplies and equipment.- Clean kitchen and work areas. Requirement - Completion of secondary school.- 2 years of commercial cooking experience is required.- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling boiling and so on.)
