Technical Lead (Senior Technical Lead) - Plan & Coordinate Projects - (Hybrid) Akron OH - JOB 23-00928Salary Range 75K - 115K Permanent Position with Benefits. A growing full service civil & environmental engineering consulting firm is seeking to hire a Transportation Technical Lead to plan and coordinate projects serve as a senior technical advisor on projects of particular complexity assist the project manager and serve as the technical lead and main point of contact with clients as needed. Projects may include trails roadways sidewalks green and complete streets and active transportation projects for ODOT LPA and Non-LPA clients throughout the state of Ohio.Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Landscape Architecture Planning or a related field 8 years of experience Experience in trail and or multi-modal transportation or the motivation to learn this specialty is required Understanding of plan production design grade task management schedule and budget management Willingness to train mentor and lead individuals within the department PE PLA RLA AICP or other relevant certifications are preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office CAD and other industry-based software Advanced communication and interpersonal skills Advanced analytical and creative thinking skills Advanced leadership and organizational skills within a team environment Advanced presentation skills and comfort working with clients Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
