Whether it is heavy duty epoxy floors or polyurethane concrete floors our team with 20 years of floor refinishing expertise serves clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area.Business Address 3546 Bathurst St. Suite 204 Toronto ON M6A 2C6Work Location 3546 Bathurst St. Toronto ON M6A 2C6 install flooring at various locations throughout the Greater Toronto Area Type of Employment Full time - Permanent Estimated Start Date As soon as possible Job Description Load truck with construction materials Unload and transport equipment and materials deliver to jobsitesSand Grind floor sweep areaAssist with new flooring installationDrive to and from job sitesRemove rubble and other debris at construction sites Requirements Education No formal education is required.Experience Experience is an asset on-the-job training will be provided.Construction specialization Industrial commercial and institutional.Experience with industrial flooring trowel work terrazzo floor grinding is a strong asset.Valid G or G2 Driver s License is required to drive to different job sites.Weight handling Up to 50 lbsWorking Conditions and Physical Capabilities Fast-paced environment physically demanding attention to detail handling heavy loadsPersonal Suitability No criminal record Team PlayerLanguage Basic level of English is required. Spanish is an asset. Salary 22.00 hourly 30-40 hours per week. Benefits Transportation costs covered if the worker needs to relocate. PPE provided (All that the employee needs for the optimal performance of their work except boots) Important Information Position requires flexibility in scheduling shifts from Monday to Friday from 7-8am to 4 00 pm overtime weekends as needed.
