We are an accounting firm located at Calgary. Currently we are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our group. This position will be full-time and permanent and the work location will be 112 16 AVE NW CALARY AB T2M 0H2.The wage will be 34.50 per hour with 30-40 hours per week. The overtime pay will be 1.5x the regular rate beginning after 44 hours of work per week and or 8 hours per day.Job Description Schedule meetings appointments and prepare meeting agendas take meeting minutes for the executive. Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda submissions and reports and prepare and coordinate the preparation and submission of summary briefs and reports to executives. Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures for the executive and other departments. Act as a liaison between clients and executives facilitating communication and coordinating meetings or discussions when necessary. Effectively communicate with team members and other departments within the firm to ensure the smooth flow of information and tasks. Other tasks as assigned by the executive. Job Requirements Language English Education Secondary School is required. A Bachelor s Degree will be an asset. Experience 3-4 years of related work experience is required.
