Develop a variety of dishes to cater to vegetarian and gluten-free dietary preferences. Prepare and cook dishes following authentic recipes and techniques from the respective cuisines. Pay attention to ingredient quality flavor balance and presentation to maintain the integrity of each cuisine. Source fresh and high-quality ingredients for all dishes. Manage inventory to ensure that sufficient supplies are in the kitchen for daily operations while minimizing waste. Master various cooking techniques specific to each cuisine such as making pasta from scratch for Italian dishes or preparing tandoori dishes for East Indian cuisine. Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards to prevent contamination and ensure the safety of customers. Properly handle store and label ingredients to meet regulatory requirements. Maintain a clean organized and efficient kitchen workspace. Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
