We are looking to a Technical Vice President NOC 00014 Duties and Responsibilities as a Technical Vice President but not limited Developing and implementing the technical strategy aligned with the company s overall goals and vision. Overseeing the day-to-day company s technical operations ensuring smooth functioning of IT systems inventory management and logistics to meet customer demands efficiently. Leading and managing technical teams including IT specialists technicians and support staff. Providing guidance mentorship and support to ensure a high level of performance and employee satisfaction. Collaborating with product managers and vendors to identify and introduce new products or services that align with customer needs and market trends. Ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience regarding technical aspects such as product information technical support and after-sales service. Building and managing relationships with technology vendors and partners to secure favorable deals access to new technologies and maintain strong partnerships.
