Conduct research and develop models to analyze explain and forecast financial risks and devise methods for collection and analysis of data. Prepare forecasts of income and expenditure interest rates and exchange rates Keep a close eye on financial markets and economic trends to identify potential risks and opportunities. Stay informed about geopolitical events economic indicators and industry-specific factors. Assess the risk exposure of investment portfolios and understand the composition of the portfolios analyzing the correlation between different assets and ensuring that the overall risk aligns with the company s risk tolerance and investment strategy. Collaborate with portfolio managers and other stakeholders to develop effective risk management strategies. Stay abreast of relevant financial regulations and ensure that the company s investment activities comply with these regulations. Provide regular reports to management and stakeholders on the company s risk exposure and the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies. Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate how different economic scenarios and market conditions could impact the company s portfolios. Review and validate risk models used by the company to ensure their accuracy and effectiveness. Develop and implement plans for responding to and managing unexpected events or crises. Stay informed about advancements in risk management techniques financial instruments and industry best practices.
