Job Description With the ability to supervise 1 to 2 people.Personal Suitability Effective interpersonal skills ReliabilitySpecific Skills Review evaluate and implement new administrative procedures Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Carry out administrative activities of establishment Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation relocation equipment supplies forms disposal of assets parking maintenance and security services Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.Job Requirements Languages EnglishEducation College CEGEPExperience 2 years to less than 3 yearsThis position will be full time and permanent wage will be 31.00 hour with 30-40 working hours per week. Overtime rate begins after 8 hours of work per day and after 44 hours of work per week.
