The Production Manager will plan direct and coordinate all departmental activities through shift supervisors process technicians. Meet or exceed plant objectives and goals through efficient use of resources. Key responsibilities include providing leadership and direction meeting production demands compliance with safety and policies and procedures continuous improvement.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required. 5 years of experience as a process technician in injection molding. Experience in training directing and coordinating the activities of others in a manufacturing environment. Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Must have good organizational skills. Must have good time management skills. Must have DB entry and reporting experience. Must show excellent leadership skills. Good analytical and computer systems skills. Experience with lean manufacturing practices.
