C& L Cabinets Ltd. is currently hiring for an Office Manager. The work location is 7210 5 Street SE Unit G CALGARY AB T2H 2L9.This position is full-time and permanent. The wage will be 30.00 per hour with 30 to 40 hours per week. The overtime wage will be paid 1.5x the regular pay rate beginning after 8 hours of work per day and or after 44 hours per week. Job Duties Include - Review evaluate and implement new administrative procedures - Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met - Carry out administrative activities of establishment - Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation - Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation relocation equipment supplies forms disposal of assets parking maintenance and security services - Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports manuals and correspondence - Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative proceduresRequirements Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 2 years to less than 3 yearsWork conditions and physical capabilities - Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Personal suitability - Flexibility Organized ReliabilityPlease apply by email clcabinet(at)outlook.com.
