As a legal secretary you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal practice. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish possesses excellent written communication skills and is proficient in Microsoft Word and general computer applications. While a bachelor s degree is desirable it is not a mandatory requirement. Prior experience in the legal field especially in workers compensation will be a significant advantage.Responsibilities Answering phone calls taking down messages returning client calls Scheduling doctor appointments and managing attorney calendar for depositions and hearings Doing client intake interviews and screening for English and Spanish speaking clients Maintain organized and accurate legal files and documentation. Interact professionally with clients and opposing counsel Requirements Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). Clear and effective written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general computer knowledge. Previous experience in the legal field especially in workers compensation is a strong advantage.
