Job duties Oversee and manage all aspects of Synic Software Inc. s IT strategy operations and infrastructure. Establish and implement company-wide standards and practices related to the organization s technologies which include big-picture planning based on the business objective. Work with the board of director team to set clear priorities analyze the risks and return and allocate the company resources wisely to balance the long-term and immediate needs. Recruit and select appropriate middle-level management talent define job descriptions of the positions evaluate employees performance recognize achievements and allocate tasks effectively to improve productivity and create a positive working environment. Performs other duties as assigned and as strategically necessary for the business s success. Qualification Requirements University degree in computer science or relevant field is required. At least 5 years of experience as a middle manager in IT solution consulting company is required. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
