Create and oversee the budgeting process including the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor and manage the company s cash flow to ensure it has enough liquidity to meet its operational and financial obligations. Conduct financial analysis to assess the company s performance identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements. Identify and assess financial risks such as market volatility credit risk and operational risk and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure the company complies with all tax laws and regulations and develop tax strategies to optimize the company s tax position. Analyze and control expenses to improve profitability and efficiency in operations. Oversee the finance department including hiring training and supervising financial staff. Negotiate and manage financial relationships with suppliers and vendors to optimize terms and conditions. Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with the company s overall business goals and objectives. Manage the company s capital structure including debt and equity financing to optimize the cost of capital. Establish and track key performance indicators to measure financial performance and provide regular updates to management. Coordinate financial audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements and recommendations. Stay updated on industry trends financial regulations and best practices in finance and accounting.
