A Home Child Care Provider ensures that all aspects of a child s welfare are met while under their supervision.Some common duties include Monitoring the child throughout the day and ensuring safety at all times. Preparing meals and feeding the child. Bathing and ensuring overall hygiene. Assisting with stimulating and age-appropriate games and tasks. Planning and guiding activities throughout the day such as reading physical activity and creative expression through art and songs. Reporting to parents such important need arises. Skills and qualifications Attention to detail Positive caring and compassionate attitude Safety conscious with keen observational skills Excellent verbal communication skills Ability to be organized Education and TrainingHighschool diploma 7 months to 1 year caregiving certificate or equivalent experience training and or education First Aid and CPR certificate IELTS certificate
