We are fully serving Japanese style cuisine in Vancouver BC. Now we are hiring the experienced cooks. Employer Sushi Nanaimo Restaurant Ltd. (o a Sushi Nanaimo) Position Cook Vacancy 2 Responsibilities -Prepare and cook food according to recipes such as various dons noodles appetizers and tempura etc. -Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe sanitary food-handling practices. -Work with specialized equipment such as deep-fryer and grill etc. -Clean kitchen and work area. -May schedule and or train kitchen helpers. Requirement - Completion of secondary school and - 2 years or more experience as a cook. - Japanese style food cook experience may be considered. Wage 16.75- 18.00 per hour Working Condition 35-40 hours a week and the 4% of vacation pay is will be paid.
