Ltd (o a Sushi California)Position Japanese Sushi CookVacancy 2 Responsibilities - Prepare cook and serve complete meals according to the restaurant s recipes portioning cooking quality and service standards.- Make various types of sushi sashimi roll sushi salad and combination sushi.- Estimate and plan food portions and food requirements.- Schedule and supervise kitchen staffs.- May assist in hiring and recruitment of new staffs.- May clean sushi bar kitchen and work area.- Maintain inventory and records of food supplies and equipment.- Order ingredients supplies and equipment as required.- Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.- Manage kitchen operations. Requirement - Completion of secondary school- 2 years or more experience as a cook.- Japanese-style food cooking experience could be an asset.
