Assist the customers with their purchasing using POS system. Provide accurate information such as product features pricing after-sales services discounts and special offers. Assist in display of merchandise. Manage returns of merchandise Coordinate with company staff to provide excellent customer service. Participate in year-end inventory and cycle counts if required. Provide customer feedback to the manager. Qualifications Completion of secondary school Effective communication skills in English (listening speaking writing) Must be available to work on weekends and holidays. Experience is an asset.
