Our retail store is a hub for the neighborhood offering an array of products and services including Sheshield & Sons Tobacco products Canada Post mailing and parcel services BCLC lottery offerings and other essential retail items. We take pride in being a one-stop destination for the community s needs.Position Store ManagerAs a Store Manager at Wesson Enterprise you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our store. The preferred candidate must have experience of managing a retail outlet can work during weekends and independently and have the right attitude and customer service skills. Your experience in retail management will help ensure the seamless functioning of the outlet while maintaining our high standards of customer service. Detailed job responsibilities include Manage the overall store operations in Madison Centre and ensure efficiency Work independently when working alone and in collaboration with the Director and staff Responsible for hiring and HR management arrange work scheduling Manage staff on sales activities and provide training to new staff Provide customer services and process transactions accurately and efficiently Resolve issues constantly improve customer experience and satisfactions Estimate daily sales volumes record data and assist on sales promotions Manage Inventory contact vendors and order and receive merchandise Manage daily transactions reconcile transactions on daily basis Coordinate daily mailing activities with Canada Post and to customers Make sales of tobacco products according to regulations and brand rules Sell lottery product and services to customers and coordinate with BCLC Adhere to all Canada Post Tobacco & Lottery store policies and regulations Report to Director about sales and operations.
