We help to insure everything from home to a smallbusiness and everything in between. Currently we are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to be part ofour team at the Centre Street location. This position will be Full-Timme andPermanent and the work location is 201-117 17 Ave NE Calgary AB T2E1L7. Work Setting Professional Association or Organization The wage will be 31.00 per hour with 30-40 hours per week. The overtimepay will be 1.5x the regular rate beginnig after 44 hours of work per weekand or 8 hours per day.Job Description Train new customer service representatives on company policies procedures product knowledge and effective communication techniques. Organize ongoing training sessions to keep the team updated on changesin policies products and regulations. Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives providingguidance coaching and performance feedback. Provide expertise and assistance in resolving customer complaints ordisputes ensuring a satisfactory resolution. Generate regular reports detailing team performance key metrics andcustomer feedback to share with upper management. Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staffing levels to ensureadequate coverage during peak service hours.
