We invest in our ingredients to ensure that we always give our clients the finest quality pizza.Job Duties Oversee working environment and procedures with effective communication managing correspondence emails and phone calls Create organize and maintain records documents and files improve administrative operation efficiency Coordinate and facilitate communication between different team members distributing information and organizing meetings and events Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenses keep track of financial records invoices and payments and provide support in financial reporting and reconciliation Assist in the coordination of recruitment processes maintaining employee records managing attendance and leave records and assisting in onboarding new hires Assist in staff on-job requirements managing the company s supplies equipment and facilities Ensure a clean and well-organized work environment and handle any administrative issues that arise Help develop and implement new policies or procedures as required and ensure employees are aware of and adhere to them Qualifications A college diploma is required Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role or relevant position Strong organizational multitasking and problem-solving skills Attention to details ability to work under pressure Proficiency in all Microsoft Office application
