We have been quietly serving local national and international food eaters at the same spot that was established over 7 years ago located right next to Macleod Trail1844847 Alberta Ltd Dba Leo Fu s Szechwan & Peking Restaurant looking for a Bookkeeper NOC 12200Duties and responsibilities as a Bookkeeper NOC 12200- Prepare and maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records ensuring daily tracking and reconciliation. - Record and file all financial transactions promptly and accurately verifying their accuracy and maintaining proper documentation. - Generate and issue invoices follow up on payments and make payments as necessary. - Maintain general entries and general ledgers assisting in the preparation of trial balances cash flow statements and income statements. - Prepare monthly quarterly semi-annual and annual financial and accounting reports. - Maintain employee files ensuring all information is up to date and accurate. - Perform additional bookkeeping services as required. - Process payroll and handle related services including tax deductions and reporting. - Provide assistance in the preparation of the annual audit report. - Track and maintain detailed inventory records. - Complete other duties as assigned.
