(o a Redwater Esso) Position Retail Store Supervisor (Full-time) Vacancy 1Main Job Duties - Maintain and organize specified inventory - Authorize to order and return merchandise. - Assign tasks to staffs and prepare work schedules. - Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. - Authorize payment by cheque. - Prepare reports regarding sales volumes merchandising and personnel matters. - Sell merchandise to customers. - Resolve problems that arise such as customer complaints and supply shortages.Job Requirement - Completion of secondary school. - 1-2 years of supervisory experience in retail sales field is usually required.Working Conditions.
