Cool Ocean Impex Inc.is looking for a General Manager (NOC 00014) Duties and Responsibilities as a General Manager (NOC 00014) but not limited Set the company s annual seafood import and export goals and formulate or approve corresponding procurement and sales strategies based on market demand and trends. Lead the reorganization of departments or the creation of new departments as Cool Ocean Impex Inc expands into new markets or introduces new product lines. Ensure that logistics purchasing and sales teams receive appropriate budget allocations and provide direction and approval for external campaigns to strengthen the brand s position in the market. Select and train middle managers especially those directly related to seafood import and export to ensure they are aligned with the company s core business objectives. Within the company coordinate cooperation between various departments to ensure product quality and timely delivery to meet Cool Ocean Impex Inc s customer requirements. Participate directly in negotiations with key suppliers and key accounts or select appropriate team members to represent them ensuring maximum benefit to the company. Review financial reports for Cool Ocean Impex Inc s stability. Collaborate with HR to ensure a trained and aligned workforce. Monitor administrative functions for daily operations and resource management. Establish relationships with key distributors and customers. Address their concerns promptly and ensure Cool Ocean Impex Inc remains a preferred business partner. Work with sales and marketing to align strategies with company objectives.
