You will be great value to our company.Key Responsibilities Perform floor maintenance tasks including sweeping mopping washing waxing and polishing. Dust and vacuum various surfaces including furniture carpets area rugs draperies and upholstered furniture. Make beds change linens and ensure clean towels and toiletries are supplied to guests. Respond to guests requests for additional supplies promptly. Maintain linen closets and keep supply areas well-stocked. Thoroughly clean disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances. Sanitize and maintain cleanliness in hotel areas like changing rooms bathrooms and elevators. Collect debris and empty trash containers regularly. Clean windows walls and ceilings to ensure a tidy environment. Report and store any lost and found items appropriately. Provide basic information about facilities to guests as needed. Handle guest complaints when required.
