Some Atheists (non-believers etc.) ask these questions among other questions where does God come from who created Him how long has this earth been in existence etc. etc. No man can truthfully answer these types of questions because no man knows for sure. What would they do with that information even if they did have access to it Probably nothing any different than what they are doing right now. But one can study the KJV Bible seek the truth from His word (John 17 17) and do their best to learn as much as possible. The point is no man knows what God knows never has and never will. Ecclesiastes 3 11 He hath made every thing beautiful in his time also he hath set the world in their heart so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end. [Does any man know what God has done in His time Does any human know how long God or His creation have existed Many humans think they know much but do they really Humans are so limited in every way. Can we see everything God has created and done No way]. Ecclesiastes 8 17 Then I beheld all the work of God that a man cannot find out the work that is done under the sun because though a man labour to seek it out yet he shall not find it yea farther though a wise man think to know it yet shall he not be able to find it. [Many think they have discovered what God knows. Have they or will they ever discover what God knows The answer is no Many think that what they believe is true and what others believe is false they think they are wise. Are they No way]. Romans 11 33 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God how unsearchable are his judgments and his ways past finding out [Wisdom knowledge and judgments that come from God are rich and beyond what any human can comprehend]. He does tell us to seek the wisdom and knowledge that comes from Him it helps us in this life and the afterlife. He will give us what we can handle nothing more nothing less. We must ask for it see James 1 5. Godly wisdom is described in James 3 17. Worldly wisdom is described in James 3 15. Will worldly wisdom help you in either life Might be something to meditate on. Other pertinent verses Deuteronomy 29 29 Proverbs 1 7 3 13 4 5 and 4 7. Study your KJV Bibles completely book by book chapter by chapter and verse by verse. Connect the dots get a more complete picture that you will not get by just sitting in a church pew listening to a so-called preacher. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it What makest thou or thy work He hath no hands [Never question anything about God His commands His truths His judgments etc. You are a created one so never question the one who created you. Be satisfied with who you are. If you do decide to do this be careful what you ask for in other words make sure you want exactly what you are asking for because you will get it sooner or later]. A prime example of this would be when somebody doesn t understand the Bible. They tend to question such things as God telling the Israelites to go in and kill all of the inhabitants of a city. God has a reason for everything. Do you know what any of those reasons are No mere flesh human being knows what God knows never has never will. Many think otherwise but that doesn t make it true. Food for thought When an Atheist asks the question Who created God what do you think they will do with that info if they had it The exact same thing they are doing right now. The Atheist would just continue with another question such as who created the one that created God That reminds me of what happens when two mirrors are placed directly opposite each other an infinite virtual image is created (an image you can t touch). Basically the same image is flipped -as it would in a flat plane mirror- an infinite number of times getting smaller each time. More food for thought If you want to be free from the bondage of deception (caused by listening to false teachers those that are biblically illiterate) learn the truth by studying the word of God completely as we are commanded to do don t be destroyed for lack of knowledge of God s word. Another really good reason to study is you will not hear God s word today where you should hear His word (in church). 2 Timothy 2 15 Study to show thyself approved unto God a workman that needeth not to be ashamed rightly dividing the word of truth. John 8 32 And ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free. John 17 17 Sanctify them through thy truth thy word is truth. Amos 8 11 Behold the days come saith the Lord GOD that I will send a famine in the land not a famine of bread nor a thirst for water but of hearing the words of the LORD (That famine for hearing the Word of the Lord is upon us now. People are starving for the truth in the Word. Sadly fairy tales false teachings traditions and commandments of men are all that are taught in most churches today. You can overcome the famine by actually studying the word of God yourself what a concept). By studying the Bible yourself you will discover amazing things that sadly you will never hear while sitting in a church pew.
