There is a small house in the back with a female renter and the same in the main house but a family. We all are family here and we do have BBQs and hangouts. Everyone is very chilled and vibing with good energy. You do not have to worry about anyone here toxic or things getting crazy because there is a family in the main house with kids and mostly we are all mature adults that watch over us and our homesThis is the safest place to be . It s very peaceful with tables outside and chairs to sit and relax in a big backyard. I can honestly say that this is the most peaceful place I have ever been without worrying about other people doing negative things.
