About this opportunity We are seeking a motivated and experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at THE GULL LIQUOR STORE. As the Liquor Store Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store and supervising a team of employees. Keep records of expenditures sales and employee performance. Assign staff to duties and prepare work schedules. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store including displays and product placement. Handle customer inquiries and complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner. Ensure compliance with all regulations related to the sale of alcoholic beverages. Provide necessary training to staff. Monitor inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock as needed. Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction. RequirementsCompletion of secondary school is required. Previous experience in a liquor store or similar retail environment supervisory experience would be an asset. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
