We need a reliable couple with basic cleaning and maintenance skills and Basic English communication skills to help oversee our small rental property in Des Moines Iowa.Two bedrooms accommodation provided.Living and working on-site. - Cleaning and servicing motel rooms. - Light customer service. - Small maintenance work like fixing things light plumbing etc. - Occasionally answering phone calls or attending to customers (helping with room check-in and check-out). - Promptly responding to urgencies or emergencies. - Basic property upkeep like lawn mowing snow plowing trash and debris removal. This is a pretty small property. For example lawn mowing can be finished in 20 to 40 minutes. Reliability and honesty. - Friendly and positive attitude.
