Administrative purchasing and hygiene administration Keep track of your office supply needs and place fresh inventory orders as needed. Work supporting employee activity. Reserve lodging for business travels. Other tasks include scheduling meetings filing paperwork and organising appointments. Create presentations reports and minutes for meetings.
